Prohibited Materials - Never dispose of hazardous waste (wet paints, chemicals, asbestos, batteries, electronics, fluorescent bulbs), refrigerators, freezers, flammable liquids, tires or anything recyclable in roll-off containers.
Tips for Loading the Container
Use the Door: Open the rear door rather than throwing debris over the high walls. Use both hands to unlatch the safety chain and swing the door completely open to walk heavy items inside.
Weight Distribution: Place heavy and bulky items at the bottom. Distribute the weight evenly across the container to prevent it from becoming top-heavy, which is dangerous for transit.
Fill the Gaps: Pack smaller, lighter items tightly into the empty spaces between larger, bulky items.
Do Not Exceed the Rim: All waste must remain strictly below the maximum fill level of the container. Do not load debris past the top rim or allow items to stick out horizontally. This makes the load unsafe and illegal to transport on public roads.
